Mininuns: trip to eBelgium

Hi,
I am Mininuns, the Spanish forever cat. It is a pleasure for me to announce I want to become an eBelgian citizen
Some of you might already know me because of the positions I have been in charge at eRepublik (TWO's SG/SC/SoFA, Spanish MoFA..) Afortunately, I am not here to show you what I have been doing these months during my stay in this game, but to explain to the eBelgian community the reasons why I want to be eBelgian!
Firstly, I would like to help my friends from eBelgium. I think you guys are an awesome -but little- country, and I would be grateful to be part of it and help in what I can. Moreover, my RL surname is Belgian, and I want to know more about its provenance.
