[MoHA] National Health Service

eBelgian Citizens,

A few days ago after having been appointed the MoHA I made an article regarding the NHS and I would like to emphasise again the points made in the article:

- Available to all eBelgians that are level 30 or less
- New citizens are sent 100 health per 10 exp points they earn every day (cap set to 100exp/1000 health a day)

In addition, I aim to not rely upon government funding to keep it going, and as such all charitable contributions are greatly appreciated. For the time being, they can be sent to either myself or Mr. Wonka. All new citizens may sign up by applying to this form: http://tinyurl.com/kx2k2n9
