I have started a lotterly in belgium and i was wondering what you guys think about it. I would also appreciate it alot if you could give some tips or critics on my idea.

Lotteries are not allowed by eRep laws.

But you should better ask a admin about it.

You can create a clean external sheet which would attract more easily citizens. Still I dont know if it's ok regarding erep.
