Worth mentioning when assisting young players.

Whats the situation about gold loans from gov ? Does the criterias are still good or need some changes ?

I'm planning to write an article about the government's gold loans but I'm quite busy at the moment so maybe it won't be before end of the week.

I guess the criterias from the eBSP law are still valid but we can make some changes if someone has ideas.

For example :
-)If we want to reach the new players, maybe being above level 25 is a bit high but if we lower that the risk of no payback will be higher

Considering the country currently only have a little bit more than 400 gold, we might change the maximum amount or try to find something more flexible.

The law also states that the government must appoint a manager for the gold loans.
As MoF, I can do it but given the fact that bank managers (in particular Olv if the sheet is correct) have all the country's gold, it might be easier if they do.
