RL eBelgium meeting 2015

It is about time we discussed it again!

I'll just start with asking questions.

After almost 2 weeks i will publish an article with a survey where you can choose the day, place and activity based on the input i get here and on the eNL forum(yes, i duplicated this topic on their forum as well). This survey will keep going for a week before i close it and share the final info for the meet.

I think it is pretty clear that this month(May) and the first half of next month(June) will not be possible to hold the meeting.

That is usually hard to know. There are always plenty of names signing up to come,... but in the end only a few really show up(as you can see in past events).

Last year i tried to hold it in Antwerp, but as none of the people who suggested Antwerp signed up for that meet, i changed it back to Brussels.
So, i am gonna stick to that and do it again in Brussels.

When it comes to a date...
I thought to hold it in August(15 or 22) or September(12 or 19). I first added July, but as we are now half way trough that it might be a bit to fast.
Hour and meeting place will be the same(14.00 hours at the main hall in Brussel Centraal. I see no reason to change that.

When it comes to activities...
I thought of going out to play some pool or biljart(don't know the english word for that). So if anyone knows a good spot where we can do that, now is the time and place to suggest it.
If we can't find a suitable place to play pool/biljart, Then we go out to play bowling as we did last years(same place).

I can keep September 19 free in my calendar. August is not possible.

Is there a cheap place to sleep and yes I know hotels but they are a little expensive.
So anybody an idea?

What's your budget?

Most of my budget I need to come and need for the meeting.
So must say it is more if the price is right I stay to sleep or that I go back earlier.

I am sorry to say... but there will be no pool.
Despite my best efforts to find something, they where either closed for that time(1 vacation and another for renovation) or they no longer existed.
I to was very disappointed from my field trips as i couldn't find a place in Brussels to play pool. I have no intention to travel half a day to get to a pool table.
So, in short... i decide to go play bowling again.

Details about the bowling:
- bowling-alley is called crosly
- This is the exact address of the bowling-alley (just in case you need it): Keizerlaan 36 1000 Brussel.
- Here are the prices of the bowling you should remember so you have enough in your pocket:
- Price per game/person → 4,50 €
- Price for renting bowling-shoes: 1,00 € per pair

When it comes to a date...
This was already decided some time ago. It will be on 19 September 2015.
Hour and meeting place will be the same as before.
14.00 hours at the main hall in Brussel Centraal. I see no reason to change that. You will recognize me as i will be holding a board up which looks the same as the banner on the top of the article.
If you miss us at the train station(we will be moving on after 14.30 - 14.45 hours) then go to the bowling directly.
Make sure you have enough money in your pocket for the bowling, dinner and a few drinks.
If you want to be there on the meeting, make a clear statement of that in the comments or send it in a pm to me(in-game or forum).
