[Public politics]Lack of candidates
As there aren't even 30 candidates in eBelgium, I made 2 two clickers friends run for congress, just to avoid a gold loss in the case that there isn't 30 candidates this evening. Just that you know

Re: [Public politics]Lack of candidates
Yeah, I only put my name down for the lulz, but since there are only 5 other people running in Flanders, I'll stay on the ballot and donate my gold assuming I get in.
EDIT: I'd also like to point out that there are acually 16 candidiates in Brussels and only 6 in each of the others. Some people who are running in Brussels might want to move (not all to Flanders though )

Re: [Public politics]Lack of candidates
I'm awaiting some responses from candidates to have them moved over other regions as well.

Re: [Public politics]Lack of candidates
make sure you're careful about it. We don't want to suddenly have people loosing out in Flanders or Wallonia because too many people moved there.
Re: [Public politics]Lack of candidates
Indeed, but people won't vote for inactive 2 clickers (or will they?). I think that the whole community should make a list about the valid candidates and ask to vote for them, whichever is the party .

Re: [Public politics]Lack of candidates
the point is that we only have 28 total candidates, so if we rearange it, we could get everyone in.
Re: [Public politics]Lack of candidates

Re: [Public politics]Lack of candidates
I have put myself up as blocker in Wallonia, but in the first place to avoid a ptoer to obtain a position in eBe.
So if there are enough valid candidates in the region, I will be glad with not being voted in.

Jamster737 you can run just to block like NFR is.
I'm contacting people for that same reason.

Re: [Public politics]Lack of candidates
Thomas didn't inform you
We have ha d a talk this morning about the two PTO threats there are in BfB and BDF.
Plan:
Step 1: In BfB in Flanders and in BDF in Brussel, there are 1 ptoer each time
Step 2: We put 9 true candidate in those parties for those regions
Step 3: The PP remove the Ptoers from the list so they just can't run and thus be elected
Step 4: Wallonia do what u want
Step 5: The eBelgium has no ptoers in Congress
this was the plan from Thomas.
Only weak point is Wallonia so we can still use good candidates in Wallonia

Re: [Public politics]Lack of candidates
I declared a few days ago in Flanders. If running in Wallonia would help with the PTO attempt, I can move.

Re: [Public politics]Lack of candidates
Well it's not really a pto attempt. It's just that there aren't 30 belgians running, so if we can put non belgians out of the congress, would be nice .

also, 43 candidates. Suppose we'll have an exciting election coming up. Especially in brussels.

Question: since I didn't have internet access for a week and hadn't had time to put myself forward, is there any way I can have congress advisor access or something?

This was the plan from Thomas.
The original idea is from Jofroi, and i discussed of it 2min on BfB channel with him and then we all debated of it in the military channel, and no one forced anyone to participate, but the feedbacks was that this should be tried. Moreover, you knew that i will have been away for 24h (i left before the end of the meeting on the military channel) and that i could'nt manage this ATO attempt (inform all PPs, manage the candidates, etc... - and it was said on the channel that PPs had to be informed of course)... I don't see what you're searching with pointing fingers on me, but it's a little low... Maybe i over react and i that i understand this smiley in a wrong way, in that case, appologies.

Re: [Public politics]Lack of candidates
The principal thing it's to have good elections. But the problem is always the same, we must make a balance.

Re: [Public politics]Lack of candidates
Well, I left also for some times. But Thomas can't be pointed out idd ^^.
When I saw that the PTOers were moving everywhere, I stopped the ATO attempt. But it was too lateto prevent people .

Yes Thomas said he wasn't going to be there all day.
No I didn't know the original idea was from Jofroi.
Yes, I just assumed it was from TR and he had talked with Olv007
Yes I wasn't entirely convinced but who am I to oppose a plan or the good of eBe.
