What I meant is that all offers of Bef for 0,002 gold are gone since today...

Re: Money Market
I said lots of times already and I repeat that our state BEF reserves are not high enough. Remember that we can't buy food or weapons or wage RW with gold.
Somebody is buying up BEF and it could boomerang back in our face... this has nothing to do with admin intervention, since the critics always said BEF is worth nothing. Now we clearly see the contrary.
I'd also like to point out that I keep a daily value of the BEF in the Belgium Accounting sheet.

Re: Money Market
As long as BEF don't go above 0.005, we can't do much anyway. And if there aren't enough BEF on the market, price will rose, that's all.

Re: Money Market
just wait for an admin bot to go on a spending spree. will buy up all the lowest listed products (no matter how silly the price is) in various categories until "enough" BEF re-enters the market.
That and / or let people start selling gold and BEF for what they consider fair, and the market will correct itself.

huh? I just noticed it too. That's strange. But as long as it remains under 0,005, we have nothing to worry about. I actually applaud this change.

Re: Money Market
if you got already 7.8 gold through donations that day, and you try to buy for 3 gold, it will be automaticly capped at buying for 2.2 gold, and with the used rate, that gave the strange amount

I didn't received any donations. Just sold some gold. Is it possible that you can only sold 10 gold per day as well?

Re: Money Market
I see today some offers in the MM : Do others countries put their offers?
example : bank of Ukraine ?
http://www.erepublik.com/en/economy/citizen-accounts/1880352
Maybe i missed something on a former change of rule from admins O_O

they are orgs owned by countries yes. It's common. Often they have the BEF from playing the MM in the past

Re: Money Market
The BEF value dropped to a low of 900 BEF/gold, now slowly recovering (around 815). The main cause seen here is the company upgrade offer dragging lots of gold out of the monetary market. The devaluation seems stronger for countries with a smaller monetary market (lower market liquidity accounts for higher volatility).
