Economic Situation in Germany

The minister of Finance has presented the 2nd part of his reform and it got approven by the congress. The VAT is increasing from 1 % to 25% on food. New players will probably get help from the old players with food supplies. This change will increase the tax income to 55000-60000 DM.

Currently they have an income of 1,4 million, but had a loss of 3 million last month. Income per day : 47k DM.

News from Germany:

Economic Situation:

The tax income increased from 34k DM to 47k DM, still not on the save side, but it's getting better. The governement decreased the amount of supplies needed.

Brazil leaving Terra

There have been a few conflicts between Terra HQ and Brazil, one concerning a PTO in Brazil. The attitude from Terra HQ toward a PTO problem in Brazil was one of the catalyst. A romainian Unit had established herself in Brazil and their members became politically active. Terra HQ didn't make enough effort. After the publishing of a chatlog were Terra HQ was talking about new alliances, the relations got worse and after the people who had problems with Brazil were reelected into the HQ, Brazil left the alliance. The german governement feels a bit disappointed and angry because more had could been done. The brazilian governement agreed to continue helping Germany, but without involving Terra.

French provinces

The planed war against Slovenia was cancelled because of the revolting in France. Germany told Terra, Russia and Brazil that they needed the concerned french provinces, but the priority was set to Denmark. The governement spoke with the french MU commanders but still quite a few french fought for their country. On the german side, only a few tried to defend the provinces but failed.

Alliances

MoFA is working on new alliances, more information will be provided soon.

German MoFA Report abou eBelgium:

Belgium: Goopypants won his election. This will be his second term. He ran before but lost the election; however, the CP was impeached so he was CP without a medal. Many in eBE believes that he ran for CP mainly for the medal, and he's doing a minimalist job. His goal was a quiet month.

One can sum up the Mittekemuis's 3rd term as disastrous. She polarized the country to an unhealthy level. The issue of neutrality or joining ONE is a top issue. Most of the common Belgians wants neutrality. They believe that this is what eBE is and all they care for is original regions. The leadership of eBE, like Mitte, NLSP, Nohjis, Critically, and many more wants to join ONE. They do have an warped view that TEDEN was unfair and unjust to them. Be it the invasions that took place on their lands as well as the recent MPP embargo against eBE, they refused to look at their own policies towards TEDEN. Policies like attacking France when the French invaded eUK as well as Belgian active interference against Portugal and Brazil in South America are completely ignored.

Many Belgians are focused on regions and their boni, but not on the government. They see TEDEN a threat since TEDEN took a few of their regions in the past.
A Polish PTO attempt (ordered by the Polish government) called „G50“ took place, but they continue to see and believe ONE is a good friend while TEDEN is their main enemy.

With Garmr winning CP in eNL and with Luuklag as MoFA, many Belgians feared a war between NL and BE.

As mentioned before, the LCC is the commie party in eBE. They do not really understand the game mechanics. One of them are open CS for all who requested it. They gave CS to as many people as possible and most of them are PTOers. So once again, eBE is under PTO danger. However, the Belgians refuse to destroy the LCC or try to PTO it etc. They worried about the members feelings. They feel it is wrong to PTO etc and so they do nothing on their end to fix the problem. They asked eNL for assistance, to occupy the regions.

Well the total occupation did not took place, and a congress got elected.

It seems that Germany is having a conflict with Norway about the renting of the province Nordjylland. Reason: More bonuses for Norway, which could start a war. German response : No. The norge governement asked again 2 times, the respone was still no. But the german CP could not answer to the 3rd demand, because he could not reach the game (holidays probably). So noone answered and Norway got angry and their CP started a NE. Norway gets support from Russia and Teden HQ (not sure about the last). The germans don't want to rent the province because they think Norway would not be capable to defend the province themselfs.

Germany decided to help France and Canada against the Uk forces and will invade the United Kingdom.

Germany got the region of Saxony-Anhalt and Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg back from Poland and has a third food bonus.

Greetings, my embattled Germarkians,

As previously announced, we followed the request of Sweden at an early hour yesterday and attacked Scania to help in the war against Lithuania. Yesterday evening it was done: We invaded Lithuanian coreland! More precisely, the region "Lithuania Minor". But this proved more difficult than initially thought. We fought our way through the woodland, characterized by dunes and moraine landscape and progress was very poor. Added to that, it unfortunately had some devious Poles in this region and they denfeded their exil very well. As the battle moved into the late evening hours, our American friends and other allies came to help which caused a landslide victory that ensured that the battle was already decided in the early morning hours. But the war is far from over, my dear Germarkians!

A few minutes ago I gave my defense ministers n0s3, Slayer10, Freiheitskaempfer and reaktionaer orders to attack another Lithuanian core region. It is the region "Sudovia" which would bring us also a grain bonus. So find yourself in a normal manner in #ger.forces and follow the instructions there. When things get tight, we will also give out some Supplies. Do not forget the Resistance War in Nordjylland, there is also damage needed.
