MM prices seem to be stabilising
They seem to be more or less on the same level for a week now, which is kinda interesting.
I would have rather seem them stabilize at a much lower point and at a fixed number than at 750-700-ish, but ok. (especially as a lower rate would support gold sales at a loss by people who are in a hurry to sell)
What are the predictions for the future?
I personally think there are 2 valiable options:
-The first scenario implies the admins realising their plan to drop the CC didn't worked out as good as they thought/hoped it would be and abandon the plan of fixing the MM. Prices will start rising again in the very near future. A continued stabilisation around this point seems very unlikely.
This scenario seems very likely. Once prices start increasing again, I predict a gold frenzy of people wanting to get rid of their CC as fast as possible. Social/psychological factors will then takeover the market, giving it it's final push back down again.
-the second scenario implies admins creating more CC drains (see airstrikes), upping the bot, pumping more gold in the market (though that would only have temporary effects)
Thought the first scenario is the most likely, I'd hold to your dicks and your CC as it's still very uncertain something new might be lurking around the corner.

Re: MM prices seem to be stabilising
hi Shadowucks,
I think they will continue to drop a while further, void of outside interference by admins. I do agree that you never know what those sneaky bastards are up to though
What is less obvious is that in 4 days, 12 pages, so 120 offers of BEF for sale at 0.002 have disappeared, either sold, or more likely withdrawn from the market as they need their CC themselves.
So I don't think we hit bottom yet

I noticed that as well. I think many are cashing in or are going to cash in. Should be interesting days ahead.
Anyway, I picked up a rumour from a friend of a friend of an admin that might bring some fun in the near future.

Re: MM prices seem to be stabilising
waiting for it to hit 900
then I'm selling
What could also happen is that we see a surge in the next few days but a steep decline in the coming days because ppl won't need to spend so much on training anymore.

When it hit 0,001 it sold 42 pages in a few hours.
Also, did you notice how they made a -44%, a training contract and a 33% extra gold offer at the same time?
shows clearly that they are trying to balance it all out. Currently it's not yet working tho

Re: MM prices seem to be stabilising
As predicted, prices have been balanced again and dropped in the course of last night. We're almost back on the regular level.
A very good sign imo. It shows that the market is stabilizing itself and will become more and more resistant to fluctuations in the future.

love it
But it has to be 173cc for 1 gold. Then I can replace all my q4 to q5 raws, without losing money

Not necessarily dreaming
It's a fact golds are way easier to get right now. And if we compare; we needed something like 5 to 10 times our wages to get a gold while at this time we need between 10 (at the very least) and 30. So my guess is: it's not stabilized yet. And should still go down.

Re: MM prices seem to be stabilising
It will if admins don't change anything, reason is simple: No money is added in the game but some is removed (MPP etc). Therefore it has to go down on long term .

logical consequence of an increase in the demand of gold.

Re: MM prices seem to be stabilising
Gold mines: prices down.
It seems that the admins want to reach the 200 CC/Gold ratio.
Then they might try to eliminate either CC or Gold.
