Jobs & job market

I'm sure this will be a total newbie question, but I've searched the wikis and I don't really find an up-to-date answer.

I am in a current job as employee, but there are far better paying jobs on the job market. Can I just resign my current job and take another, better paying or does resigning have consequences ?

no consequences, just take in count that for better paid jobs often you have to travel to get it, look if it is worth to do that, sometimes you are fired after 1 day and the benefits are negative in that case.
also in some country's the taxes are high and in the end you earn less than expected.

just a question now for the more experienced players: sometimes you see offers of let's say 100 cc but it is a very young player (1 or 2 days old), what happens if he has not enough money, are you paid and he goes minus or get you stuck with a job without being paid at all?

They pay you a lot more.

True perhaps, but if we all do that, don't we boycot our own economy, taxes and companies then ?

Or is that my own naive idealism ?

Wages are much higer abroad so, by working abroad you pay taxes in both countries and you can buy 2-3 times more goods here which is quit interesting.

I am working abroad and this way I can give 3 people in Belgium work

You are not paid and you receive an alert .

I am working in a foreign country and I provide work to dizains of belgian workers :p (well actually not much anymore^^)

working abroad and giving work to 1 belgian citizen that earns way too much!

You must know that young players have a mission where they have to hire someone in their company. If they don't want to spend money on it and if they are smart enough (or multies... ) they put a high offer, they wait for someone to take it and they finish their mission. And the person that try to work will just get a message that his "boss" doesn't have enough money to pay him
