any explanations?

Cause it's always nice to hear your country signs a treaty (even if it's full of hollow words, it's still a treaty), but it would be better if we hear it from our gov and not the swiss.

2 month's ago it was already mentioned and we tried to help, but without swiss congress we can not do anything.

I'm completely surprised....
I had no idea about this at all.
But the treaty states that i signed it???
Even though i didn't knew about it i know have read it and i can say(personaly) i approve such treaty.
Do notice that they are keeping a referendum about it before they officialy accpet/approve/ratify this treaty.

Let's just hope they contact us first before they share it with the rest of the eWorld.
Also know that i don't know yet if BrunoCND already approved this prior to publication.
