Avatar help

Who can help me create an avatar with the present picture that I have, the Belgium flag and the new bronze medal that I got from MU... ??? I can do it my self in paint,,,, but is not the same. I pay 2 q7

Look at the white flare-like stuff behind the cat of Stijn Puttemans avatar.
That's what's called(in the digital editing world) as "nova-burst.

I'll provide a better example when i'm working on a better computer(this one is very slow and refuses several functions).

I understand now... That is to much 4 me I just want a clean avatar with more room for medals and stuff that I gonna win

depending on how active you will be I say go for a signature, I kept some time my military grade in my avatar, but although I work a lot wit photoshop, It was a difficult to keep it up to date, and really, ingame the avatars are so small, most of the details fade away.
and when you want to showoff, put it on the wiki once you gathered enough of those medals
