Citizen pack & Mibbit?

Hello guys, I'm new here and I saw somewhere that I can ask a citizen pack if you're under level 30 and eBelgian. I am level 17 and eBelgian.
So I don't know what's going to happen next if I do this, but I'm enjoying the game

And can someone tell me where I have to go to chat with other people? I heard something about Mibbit, but I don't really understand.

You can request a citizen pack in the following forum -- http://www.erepbelgium.com/f41-citizen-packs I suggest you read the 'How To?' message to get you started.

At the moment, you do not have the permissions to view that section, so make a topic in the introduction section and request a mask there.

Mibbit is an internet relay chat where you can join chat rooms and talk to people. Most have a version of this downloaded on their computer [I have chatzilla for firefox], however, you can access the main channel by clicking the '#irc' button on the top of the forums.

It's because you're not masked as a citizen yet. You'll have to make an introductory thread and then an admin will mask you. Once that is done, you'll be able to get citizen packs.
