Contract about the NBB between Belgium and TheDragon

This contract is between, Olv007, President of eBelgium, herein referred to as 'the Country President', the Congress of eBelgium, herein referred to as 'congress' and is represented by Olv007 as congress member, and citizen thedragon, in regard to the usage of the organization of the National Bank of eBelgium (http://www.erepublik.com/en/organization/2656530), herein known as the 'NBB-BNB', and all of the funds within said organization.

These are the terms of the contract:

1. Neither the Country President or thedragon may ever have sole control of the NBB-BNB

2. Neither the Country President or thedragon may never withdraw funds from the NBB-BNB without the approval of congress.

3. The Country President may never change the e-mail address associated with the NBB-BNB.

4. The Country President and thedragon must follow any guidelines for accounting and keeping track of NBB-BNB funds that congress approves by a majority vote.

5. Thedragon may be relieved at any time by a congressional majority vote.

6. The Country President may be relieved of access to the NBB-BNB at any time by a 2/3 majority vote in congress.

The contract agreement will be null and void should any of the following occur:

1. Thedragon dies or is banned. In the case of temporary-ban all parties may agree to carry on with the contract but such an agreement must be mutual.

2. Either party is prosecuted by Admin Trial and found Guilty.

Should thedragon die or be banned the password should be changed to whatever the current Country’s President finds appropriate, and he shall then be charged with maintaining the NBB-BNB until a course of action can be decided on by congress.

This agreement can be edited or rendered null at any time with no penalties by the mutual agreement of all parties. To edit the agreement all parties must post beneath their signature posts with, "I hereby agree to these alterations to the above contact: (list changes)." Both parties post must be identical and may not be edited for this change to take affect in the agreement. If the contract agreement or signatures have edited notations within their respective forum posts, the contract agreement will be considered null.

Should the contract become null due to a party editing their signature posts, or any later alteration posts, the following actions should betaken by admin after convening an Admin Trial, which will be paid for by congress:

1. All logs, contracts, screen shots and other evidence will be re-published where Admin finds appropriate.

2.The citizen account and other citizen-linked organizations of thedragon will be prevented from donating to any other account, including their own personal organizations.

3. Admin will rule.

The liable party shall pay the trial costs back to congress as well as suffer a week ban. The NBB-BNB password should be then changed by Admin to what ever thedragon finds appropriate. Should thedragon have been found liable by the above mentioned Admin Trial the NBB-BNB's password shall be changed to what ever is found appropriate by the current Country President, who shall be charged with maintaining the NBB-BNB until a consensus can be reached in congress on the best course of action.

Should either party break the terms listed at the top of this contract the contract shall immediately become void and an Admin Trial shall be convened. Congress shall bear the trial costs.

Olv007 at the time of the contract’s initial signing must sign the agreement, “I agree with the Contract terms and am the current Country’s President.” as well as the text of the contract. Thedragon should then respond with, "I agree with the Contract terms."

A newly elected Country President must sign this contract agreement once they have received their title with the phrase, “I, (Citizen Name), am the currently Country’s President, duly elected by the eBelgian citizens.”

In the case of Thedragon being relieved in accordance with Term 7 the Country’s President shall post, “I, (Citizen Name), the currently Country’s President, hereby move to terminate this agreement. Thedragon, has not violated the contract agreement.” to which Thedragon must respond “I, (Citizen Name), hereby confirm the termination of the contract agreement.” Upon this happening Olv007 must change the password of the NBB-BNB and reply, "I acknowledge this termination and have removed Thedragon's access." Once he has done this and Olv007 has shared the password to the NBB-BNB with Thedragon's replacement, and donated 5 GOLD to Thedragon's citizen account, this contract is null and void.

Extension of this contract, in the case of the stipulations of Term 6 must be acknowledged by all parties posting "I agree to extend this contract by 2 months."

All Parties are not liable for losses of the NBB-BNB in the event that account security is breached by a non-traditional traceable source.

1) Withdrawing funds shall be defined as removing any currency from the NBB-BNB through either donations to other organizations or citizen accounts, posting offers on the Monetary Market, or purchasing items or companies through the Marketplace.

2) It shall be assumed that any expenditure in line with the approved Budget shall have the approval of congress.

3) "Non-traditional" practices are that which involve third-party entities such as password cracking programs. ”Traceable Source” is to be determined by the Admin of eRepublik.com and no other person(s) or representative(s).If the Admin of eRepublik.com have found that the account breach occurred due to a leak of access information or negligence on the part of a party than the proper punishments will be called as if it had been the party responsible for the leak of information who had broken the contract.
