Make the Anti TO measures of April 2012 accessible to all

As former aTO manager I'm asking you to make any information from that time (April 2012 - Private ATO subsection in the forum) accessible to the public. Feel free to discuss it in your congress section. It's usefull information in regards to the current situation in eBelgium. It will give people a clear understanding of what happened and let them have the possibility to access the information from another perspective then hearsay.

I agree. At this point, these proceedings should be considered subject to freedom of information and are useful for the historical perspective that is needed by newer members of the community and older members who were not involved.

But do follow the law(and correct proceedings in these matters) in this, last thing anyone wants is another SC case.

State Secrets Act wrote:Title II – Disclosure of State Secrets
a) The designation of state secret expires after 30 days from the last post.
b) An extended time limit must be proposed and seconded by two others with access to the topic, with exception of the forum admin

The 30-day limit has certainly been reached.
