Region Rent Treaty - Rhineland Palatinate

The Plan:
1) eBelgium congress, eGerman Government and ePolish Government agree with this process
2) eGermany succesfully RW Rhineland Palatinate
3) eBelgium NE eGermany
4) eBelgium succesfully attacks Rhineland Palatinate
5) The NE closes since there are no borders anymore
6) eBelgium pay 20 gold to eGermany and 20 gold to ePoland if the invasion is successful (=40gold)
7) Every 30 days after the invasion of Rhineland Palatinate, the rent can be continued

The Treaty:

The eBelgian Government and People as represented by Critically (Country President of eBelgium), Requiem Domine (MoFA of eBelgium), and the Congress of eBelgium.

1) For the duration of this Treaty, all parties agree to

a) recognize and guarantee the right of each country to control an original region of eGermany stipulated in this Treaty;

b) maintain peace and cooperation between eBelgium and eGermany/ePoland;

c) not commit any act of aggression between eBelgium and eGermany/ePoland;

2) eGermany and ePoland hereby agrees to

a) recognize and guarantee the right of eBelgium to occupy, rent and control 1 original region of eGermany, namely Rhineland Palatinate

b) not attempt to regain control of this region via Resistance Wars,

c) return this region lost to eGermany/ePoland back to eBelgian control at the most convenient time agreed upon by both nations;

d) assist eBelgium to defend this region if the region is RW’d or attacked by another agressor;

e) not to declare eBelgium as its Natural Enemy unless agreed upon by both countries for the purposes of a Training War, Missions or for eBelgium to regain lost regions.

f) start any required Resistance Wars at its cost and on a date agreed to by the Presidents of both countries to return any additional regions currently occupied by eBelgium back to eGermany control;


3) eBelgium hereby agrees to

a) recognize and guarantee the right of eGermany/ePoland to retain control of the remaining 12 core original regions of eGermany, namely Baden-Wurttemberg, Bavaria, Brandenbur and Berlin, Hesse, Lower Saxony and Bremen, Mecklenburg-Westphalia, Saarland, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg, Thuringia;

b) not attempt to gain control of any of the agreed core regions of eGermany/ePoland,

c) return any of these core regions lost to eBelgium back to eGerman/ePolish control at the most convenient time agreed upon by both nations,

d) not to declare ePoland/eGermany as its Natural Enemy unless agreed upon by both countries for the purposes of a Training War, Missions or for eBelgium to regain lost regions.

e) To compensate ePoland and eGermany on the day of anniversary of control over Rhineland Palatinate by means of Rent for the lost of income suffered due to eBelgium controlling 1 of its regions by paying a reasonable negotiated rental of 20g every month to both countries.

4) This Non-Aggression Treaty

a) will remain in effect until the day on which either party notifies the other of its intention to terminate or renegotiate the Treaty,

b) will, however, be reviewed by both countries every 30 days, unless a change in game mechanics affecting the resources provided by regions has a material affect on the terms of the Treaty,

c) will be confirmed by successive governments and the Congress of all countries each Presidential term by the addition to the Treaty of the signature of the current President within 48 hours of taking office,
