War Funds

Congress budgets an 50k bef per day for the MoD-team and/or CP to use at the discretion of the MoD-team and/or CP for supplies, expenses, and material for the current conflict.
1. The funding will continue for the duration of the current conflict, meaning both eNL and eBe have all their original regions, without any war between the two countries.
2. The funds will be used at the discretion of the MoD-team and/or CP
3. The government is obliged to designate an account keeper to maintain an accounting sheet of daily expenses for congress and makes at least once every 3 days a report for congress.
4. Unused funds roll over to the next day, but when funding ends, all unused funds are returned to the state budget.
5. The MoF can decide, for budget reasons, to temporal lower the funds, after communicating this with congress.
