With one small exception:

The amount was taken in a moment of not thinking clearly (Battle Hero Medal syndrome Razz) and donated back by someone else. However, that guy did NOT keep the name of the guilty one secret. The guilty one was charged by government (proposal for punishment), found guilty by Congress, and left eUNL for the time of his punishment. He is now back with good intentions and serving again as loyal servant of eNL.

So everything was clear, justice was served and everything is settled now again.

That's the difference...

Then you forget to mention that we had to pull it out with all forces we had before we even got to know who and what had happened, and that the 'punishment' was not even fulfilled.
