A few things you'll need:

1. Work and train every day (although you've probably figured that allready).
2. Ask people for help if you get into trouble.
3. Don't spend money fighting untill you can acually afford to.
4. If the admins send you a message saying their improving the game, it really means that they've found a way to ruin it even further in an attempt to make more money.

Oh, and remember it's a game. Try not to take things too seriously
