Hi YMINC - again!

Hi everyone.
This is YMINC- again.
Well..
I wrote this not for second introduction but for asking for something.
I applied for the eBelgiun citizenship for three times... and I am still on the pending list.
For last two times, I received messages as below from the Plato.

We are sorry to inform you that your citizenship request has been canceled because the region you are living in no longer belongs to the country for which you have requested citizenship...
And... the this is my third trial.
Why don't I get approval?
To apply for eBelgium citizenship, I left previous party and military unit....
If there is any requirement that I did not fulfill plz let me know.

It's because the region you are in is currently occupied by the UK with which we have a training war going on. Nevertheless it would be ideal if you'd move to the capital, Brussels. That should sort out your problem.
