Why am I warned for calling the admins gay?
2 people on irc called the admins gay on irc with the admins present and they didn't even get kicked.
Somebody called the admins queer here on the forum and he didn't get banned.

How is this fair and how is this not biased? Should rules go for everybody?
Why do I get banned and other people don't get kicked or warned for doing the exact same thing?
How does that work?

i am guessing the admins are homaphobic

I'm new to Belgium so I don't know who's to blame or not, but what I do know is that if threads like this wasn't made and if people didn't comment on the admins/admins didn't comment on the populace, then there'd be no probem. Why don't people put the same effort into making Belgium great as to calling the admins gay?

You got banned for getting a third warning.

Moderation is based on a difficult interpretation of words in their context and place where it was said. Therefore things on irc, who has a different effect then things on a forum can have different consequences.

We try to keep the same standard but as the context varies, the same words can be measured as heavier then others. It is the right of forumusers to report a post that they think that the admins look closer at. It is possible that we make mistakes, but we try to be as fair as possible.

People did the exact same thing I did on the forum and on irc and did not get reprimanded (with the admins present on irc). How is that fair? What use is it to report if one of the admins even responded jokingly to that post of a person saying the exact same thing?

That's a good excuse for an admin not to be consequent with the rule.
Two people can be do the exact same thing only one get punished and the other not.
