I know who PiZ is, but honestly those are some of the worst shops I've ever seen in my entire life. Even with eRep's admins, there is no way the v3 beta's GUI would look that bad. I could probably do a better job in MS Paint.
Also, I notice that I still have my citizen mask after several days when some others had it removed almost straight away after leaving the country... interesting.

yea, which will mainly suck for the guys like Ward and consorts who are so focussed and narrow minded on their own country and how incredibly different this is run as opposed to the other nations (in terms of players, trolling and forum, etc... ) that they'll go crazy.

This "free region" crap in general seems to be a p suckish idea (set aside the removal of countries). It's just gonna create more problems.
Also, I'm assuming that if they do go down that route, we will be removed, but it will remain possible to re-create our country using a Civil War (although I'm still kinda confused about how they will work). I seriously doubt they'd remove places from the game altogether.

Even for an MS paint job, they were still pretty crap. Pulled it off well though...but to be clear to one and all - These are not real they are done in paint with various random icons thrown in (The ports are from HoI2 for example).

you're wrong. They are very early beta. Game designers first use crappy icons to design the game, then, later on the designteam improves them.
Anyway, if they are so fake, how come the original link to those pics has been removed from imageshack after copy right infringements from the erep team?

yea I saw it. They are fake
but the fact that they look like a bad paint job doesn't prove anything. in many early beta's they use sloppy paint jobs, the lay-outs and stuff are usually done in the last fases of the game
