What happens if you get conquered?

The wiki isn't exactly clear on a few things. http://wiki.erepublik.com/index.php/War

1. "companies in that country will not move to the conqueror" - so all my factories will be at 0% productivity bonus?
2. "all citizens will belong to the occupying country" - so we all become frogs? The faq here (http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/citizenship-faq-and-launch-date-869480/1/20) indicates something different: we all stay eBel and can't vote anywhere.
3. Does that mean we buy/sell on the frenchy market without needing a export license? Is there still an eBelgian market?
4. CMs lose their in-game bit?
5. MU/CP/PP all unaffected?
6. Do we need to worry about the country accounts?

I see big problems if we become a one man country (you know, because we'll lose Congress). :/

Then propose and approve a constitution or a law with provisions relating to such a condition

Here I go:

What to do when conquered provision:
1.) All Congress members and Congress Advisors keep their masks and forum priviliges.

2.) President now has control of all in-game voting so there's not much we can do there.

3.) ???

4.) PROFIT!!!

...See, this wouldn't have happened if you'd all have elected me to congress -_-

Goopy, I believe provisions are under a State of Emergency in the Security Act

From experience with Australia.

1. Yes, you'll have 0 productivity bonus.
2. You'll stay a Belgian citizen, you'll only be able to vote in Presidential elections.
3. There is still a Belgian market but only Belgians can buy from it. You'll need a Market license to sell in Froggyland.
4. Congressmen will continue to be that until the next elections come around and you will have nominated no one since you have no regions.
5. All party practises are completely safe, no issues should be there.
6. If you have no congressmen, you won't be able to extract money from the treasury for MPPs.

2. We're Belgian residents in France, we should have an election for CP and PP without any issues.

3. i think you'll still need an export license, but not sure.

4. The seating congress remains in place. No new Congress can be elected. (we'll remain at 20 for the next month).

5. Normally, yes.

6. No. We do not need to worry. The CP can still vote a donation law in his one-man congress. Until the 25th of December however, we have a Congress. Orgs like the NBB and the country accounts are unaffected.

Oh~ I see they've made it a lot easy for occupied countries to do things nowadays.

Congress are the only people who can make money donations. President can't.

Yes indeed, President can't launch a donation vote (i was wrong)
We have a Congress meanwhile so we need not to worry about that for at least the next month.
He can still launch an alliance proposal if enough funds are (raised by taxes or donated) in the country account.
