MoHA rebuild

With the new start of MoHA, where I am the über-minister, change is needed.

Whenever when you come in the big building of the ministry you see this:

The unicorns will be put in Procuste's office. Any minister who asks one, gets one, but under the condition that these unicorns STAY IN THE OFFICE!

The IPU can go where it wants, as it is invisible and doesn't bothers me

While I am relieved that this is not done as a man-cave, I do think a total redecoration so soon after the one in January must be considered a misuse of government funds, and believe an investigation is in order. Also, you ignore the IPU at your peril.
