no one tries to pto, this is only invention of some paranoics to get easy medals. Maybe not indeed, but the the effect will be +/- the same

1.) Become suspicious of foreigners.
2.) Crap pants over "PTO" attempt.
3.) "Unify" against PTOers.
4.) PTOers get bored and leave.
5.) Complain how nothing happens in eBelgium.
6.) Keep making the inner workings of eBelgium as complicated as possible since having any sort of malleability in the government is unacceptable.
7.) Bicker amongst each other because of boredom and how unnecessary a lot of the laws are.
8.) Exile some members of the community because we're intolerant like that.
9.) Worry about insufficient numbers to ward off PTO because of said exiles.
10.) Rinse and repeat.
