Why is OLV007 in a USA Military unit and getting paid very royal for his post in the BELGIAN para's?

I disapprove
First I see Fhaemita being commander of the BNA while active in the USA politics and now I see one of lands most respected people in a USA MU while getting paid to fight for eBelgium.

I think also that a Para should be in a Belgium MU this isn't right that he can fight for an other lands MU well paid by the gov of the eBe.

I'm also a bit confused by this. Is there some reason that I'm not understanding?

Maybe trying to get us off the USA blacklist?

Olv007 is doing what we expect from him as Belgians Paras and if not, he would have been kicked out of the paras. There is two BNA suppliers in USA if i'm right, the other one is still in the BNA, but in the case of Olv it's the result of a mistake.

To explain why he is in a USA MU, it's pretty simple. He was in the BNA and i asked him to join the 9th regiment of the BCA where i'm captain (to be in the same regiment is just for the fun, it's not really helpfull and that's why we didn't wanted to link the paras to a mu from the start as told in the debate thread). He quitted the BNA but then was unable to join the BCA 9th regiment as he had the US citizenship as BNA supplier. So he joined a US MU to be able to get DO rewards to use for eBelgium and to fight in the same time for TruePatriot to get some gold after the 112 gold investment made to get Q3 TG for the Belgian Paras. To be in a US MU doesnt make Olv a devil, we have got a mpp with USA for months and the Congress would like to have a new mpp with USA if i'm right (as we are neutral). And i'm not aware of any SF payment to Olv, which will not be allowed. ;-)

The Paras have a daily irc strike mission, and Olv007 respect this requirement, and fight in the battles approved directly by our CP. It represent around 80-90 hits per day (on 120 minimal hits requirement), sometimes more. But we also ask him to fight as much as he can to rank up faster, and we indeed encourage him to complete DO as often as he can to increase his EB stock.

To be honest i'm thinking to do the same... I'm currently in the BCA but i'm not able to do my DO and TruePatriot in the same time which is a waste of hits and of energybars/bazookas as i can't do my do everyday. I'm considering joining a chinese mu to make DO+TruePatriot in the same time.

That being said, to hit for our DO in the morning don't impeach us to do what we got funded for, dealing 4/5millions dmg each night for eBE, and sometimes more ! :-)

But i will ask him to join a random MU instead of the SF to avoid problems... o/

eh... mitteke... why making this so public? Just send me a pm and I would have explained you my situation with pleasure. TR summed it up very well. I just want to add that I really don't like to be eUS citizen but I gave up eBe citizenship and congress only to provide better weapons for BNA soldiers. If you can find another solution that could make me eBelgian again I will be very happy to hear it.

Thanks for the explanation, TR and Olv. It was surprising, as I assumed Olv was still in BNA, but this makes it much clearer what happened and why. btw, I too wish you could be an eBe citizen and supply at the same level. It is too bad to have strong, active and loyal citizens unable to participate fully.

Why not make it public?

If it is like it seems to be an honest mistake than why don't tell the public. I am very relieved that is just that

Public accusations is not something people like, certainly when they are false. Just ask the question directly to the person and after that, if you find it necessary you or me can post the whole story on the forum. I find it very sad that you could think just for one second that I was abusing eBE. I never ever asked for any personal subvention from the state and for once I got something that I didn't asked for I'm attacked for it.

Mitte, don't take it wrong but I think it's too soon for you to be eBelgian CP. You left the country for too long and are to much disconnected to it.

Hurting your feelings was not the intention only clarification. If I have seen this others have seen this and may asked themselves the same question. Now it is clear for everybody that there is no wrong doing. I am happy that you serve your country as will I do once more if I get elected; If the people think it is too soon for me to do this they will vote for somebody else...

OLV I am talking now as a person who as no inside information what so ever. Which is 90% of the population from eBelgium. If I look at the facts that are there without the information you just have been given I think many people will be very surprised as I am.
The wording was a bit harsh I agree and I apologize for that but doing it in public would not matter too you that muchN If I did this in private only 1 person more knows the true story now everybody does. There is no shame in that

Like I said in my previous post: Just ask the question directly to the person and after that, if you find it necessary you or me can post the whole story on the forum. There is also no shame in that and people would get less offended.

I think we can all agree that this all turned out to be a very silly thing and we should all get back to praising Dio.

I understand you can't go now to an eBe MU and it's more for the future that I don't want to see military go for a foreign MU.
And about the communication I don't agree you can handle it before there become questions.

good, I see that this is all a misunderstanding and as the main topic of this topic has been handled (is Olv abusing eBE, yes or no), I think all the rest doesn't really matter.

I've had the same issue lately and I understand Olv's reaction.
It's better to ask directly before going to ask someone else, otherwise the accused person may feel insulted. Even more so when the person involved has never worked against eBelgium...
It's a misunderstanding but it's still a pretty painful/maddening one.
