What does congress think about Brazil leaving TERRA due to the recent HQ elections and no help from the Romanian PTO'ers?

Please keep in mind that eChile is CoT(New alliance that is going to be Pro-One and comprimised of eSwitzerland,Bulgaria,South Korea, New Zealand, and ofc Chile). To me CoT is just like EPIC but then again you never know.
Also keep in mind that Brazil has 100/100 bonuses atm due to occupying parts of Chile and Columbia.
Lastly keep in mind that eArgentinia is a member of Garden of EDEN/ Trail member of EDEN

how will Brazil situate itself between the alliances ?

I still honestly don't know but i don't think neutrality will work for them

Shouldn't this be in foreign affairs section of the forum?
This isn't really a congress issue

Congress makes the MPP's but if admins want to move it well I dont mind

I don't think Brazil will leave the TEDEN camp yet, if I were them, I'd go join EDEN instead of TERRA.

Wouldn't be suprised but I think TERRA and EDEN are starting to Crumble

If anything they will probably start a new alliance with Spain
