Q7 companies

As you know I'm SO for BNA. I have a Q6 weapon company and I'm employing 10 BNA soldiers that get Q6 weapons for their work.

Now I would like to know if the army and/or state is interested to have Q7 weapons for their soldiers. I'm trying to get the necessary funds for an upgrade with the help of others but if I do upgrade it only by myself then I will seriously reconsidering my position as SO because after the upgrade I will almost being bankrupt. And the only way to having some decent income is to hire other people so I can sell my goods.

Can I have your opinion?

I can give you 10 GOLD and you pay me in Q7 weapons with gold price at 2800BEF.

as member of BNA, I am ready to donate, maybe all BNA members could do so, but there is more than one SO.

I also would like to know if that is something BNA wants to do, but I think it is going to require some rethinking of the BNA budget as well as supply levels.

So we need to look at reorganising army jobs a bit to accommodate to the new changes.
As far as I know MaryamQ, Olv007 are the only SO that have or are willing to upgrade to Q7 for supplying the Belgian army but when you look to other possibles you have Nohjis, TR, Jofroi... If we spread around soldiers some more that those SO can also employ workers for income we should have a win win situation for both...

I think that upgrading to Q7 would be a really nice thing, however it costs A LOT of golds. (how much exactly if you want to go from Q6->Q7 ? maybe we can ask Congress for some golds)

Eughm, as MoD I would support this, and I don't really think we need to reorganize our whole army, everyone stays with the SO they're employed at, atm. and the SO's will arrange where to work.

But, if 1 SO does this, I want ALL the other SO's to do this too ! For me, everyone is equal, and I don't want to supply people with Q6's and other people with Q7's ! And a mix of both would be a hell of a job to supply.

I recommend the soldiers of the BNA to give a small share of their golds to the BNA in order to maximalize the profits you can achieve! Q7 weapons gives you a 200 firepower and you can use them for 10 hits. (so in my case, I do 9212 damage/hit with Q7 but only 6756 damage/hit with Q6, as you see that's a huge difference !!!)

And, I don't think we have enough time to upgrade our companies with this offer, maybe we can start to save money till the next offer (won't take that long )

I could donate but i would prefer this to be a global decision.
If it's done on a personnal decision, then some could just wait and get benefits without bring any help...

Well we can't organise a state donation any more before the end of the sales but as you notice some can do it by themselves but need to take on private employers to get some sort of income. That is why I think we should talk with the SO and come to an agreement and possibly shift some soldiers around.
I know this will take work but sitting on our hands brings nothing.

Upgrade from Q6 to Q7 cost 252 gold.

I don't know the situation of MaryamQ nor the one of Tecuvo (who should return soon, end of july or august, can't remember) but I would agreed on a deal where the SO pay 200 gold from his pocket and the rest from the state.

Also, the budget for raws should be adapted as I will need 40000 WRM's every day to build those Q7's. I produce 6600 raws on my own so this means at the current raw price of 0,38cc that I will need 12692cc every day to buy enough raws just for one working day. In return it will give 200 Q7's every day to BNA.

I have still four WRW factories(saltpetre mines) which I don't use. I am willing to work in them and donate the state the raws for the Q7 if that helps.

I don't think you can donate raws. But you can put them on sale and pay back the person who bought it.

Critically, as MoD, can you centralize the donations? And maybe shoot in BNA so that people know what the purpose is of this donation. Would be great if we can have some funds in 40hrs to do this upgrade, otherwise it will cost 44% more

If we can gather it at time it would be great, afterwords we can see if BNA or gov can arrange something

There are a few members of the BNA, willing to help with private donations. (not sure of the exact amount, but it is between 50 and 60 gold). Who do we donate the gold to?

I would suggest donating to the national bank, from where the MoF can transfer it to one of the military orgs, I think.
