can i have some food, because my health is as low as zero. What is the best way to fight!? I always fight until my energielevel is zero?! What the best way to play?!

I recommend you to follow the missions on the left hand of the website. They teach you bit by bit how to play.

Fighting until you have zero health is a good idea, just make sure you work and train everyday. Also, stay active on the forums and feel free to ask any questions.
