Why should you vote for me ?

I think I proved I'm one of the most active and commited player in eBelgium.

I fight for equality and reconciliation. If you believe in this too, you should support me.

I believe that to unite eBelgium, we need a CP from another coalition. The little bit of trust left is gone since the last election.

Hey SwaqqCoryn ! I know about the good things you've done for eBe... But what about the Military Unit and the immigrant accepted without the IO's approuval ?

Well first of : the military unit.
I didnt stole any supplies, I gave everything back to BrunoCND.
I also kept sending supplies from my own pocket to not hurt any young players.

I renamed it, to protest. That's all.

As for the people accepted in eBe without the IO's approuval...
You have to understand that eBelgium failed at uniting itself and the governement showed multiple abuse.
At the moment, I'll say there is a good 40% of the active community not willing to be part of the forum.

Do I need to quote the people that asked us to leave this forum ?
That's just how things work, if you want us to play with your imaginary rules, you have to include us as well. And by US. I mean everyone.

SwaqqCoryn Cabinet

It's a bit too early to make a legit statement on this.
I kind of know who I'd like to have in my cabinet, not sure if they are willing to work with me or if they have the time aviable.

Unlike some other CP, I don't want a ghost cabinet filled with friends and political interest. I want the most actives and positives people.
I want content out !

Here is my whiteknight list ♥ :

BrunoCND : I need him as a vice president. I lack experience.

Tommot: he's a jerk (j/k), and posted some ridiculous statement against me in the past. According to him, I'm a huge gold-buyer.
Yet, he showed multiple times his commitment and hardwork. I had a lot of respect for him and I still do (for his work at least)

Muhezain : He did a great job as a IO and made an article a week before travelling to his former country to find a replacement. He's responsable and serious about his work : on top of that, he's my co-CP so I know for sure he'll do a great job (if he has the time).

Stijn Puttermans : He's obviously too busy with the CoC and... Everything els so I guess he wont be able to help us. Yet, same as tommot.
He's doing a lot for us.

Jdlf : I need him as a MoF.

G.W.JUNIOR : Well... He definitly need people to guide him. He's still one of the most invested player in eBelgium at the moment. I want him.

McKitKat : We hate each other. what's the best way to get along ? Be forced to work together ! ^.^
Nah, I believe you have a lot of time aviable and that's a good thing.

There is a lot of personality that I like, Elynea is a great example. I won't list them all.

It is laughable that you are running for CP. You are unfit for power.

YOU DID STEAL BTA! I never see a protest in which a person stole an org and then a week or so later declare it as a protest. If a person stole your car and was caught a week later, he/she said it was a protest, will you buy that argument?

As to giving aid, you stole the BTA and put your political brand to the MU and by default you are buying votes. Yes you paid for them but you are trying to buy political support as well. You are no saint or hero of the newbs or eBE for that matter.

I would like to know which gov has ghost cabinets. What do you mean ghost cabinets for most cabinets in eBE are pretty much the same. All I see is a lot of rhetoric and half truths. In the end, you are not CP material and a liability to eBE.

Tony clifford did a better job as a CP IMO. He followed me motivated me to get content.

As A CP, my governement will work his ass off ♥
Because let's face it : it's not about how old you are in the game or what you did in the past : It's about your motivation to improve eBelgium.

You could be lvl 15, if you post daily article for the gov, you have the job, that's it.

For the rest : there will be small changes. Nothing drastic.

On the economy. We must expect more tax? Can you enlighten us ?

First of : that's the congress call.

But my view on the taxes :
Income could be reduced from 6% to 1%.

Why ?
This income represent nothing for eBelgium. While the new players will be a bit happier.
So overall : it's a great and free change.

As for important taxes, we could increase slightly the food and weapon taxes. By a few pourcent.
I'd like to keep the raw taxes to zero.

In the end : I'm happy with our taxes, of course a little twist here and there will be fun but not necessary.

So you can bash Boerjan etc but in the end, you will be lucky to even maintain that of Boerjan. You have no experience and in the end, little power at all.

Well pretty simple example :
Boer jan in a month of CP did one article for eBelgium.
And that's it.

That's my main issue with the government, no interaction at all.

I don't see how experience or power should be related to this.

I think we were abused by several players, and i don't agree that.
Several players are come from the french party : parti noeliste (i know this party and i can say you, they are not angels).

So a lot of strange actions since the babyboom and our situation now :

IF efrance wants to NE us (i know very well efrance, don't forget that).
efrance will be wiped soon again by ePoland, they just wait regions back to their original country. Not interesting for them to make a bonus war with a country who has no region.

Efrance is in the position to think : why not take 3 regions in ebelgium to have a little benefit. The problem in efrance it's the battle of the wise formers players and new players from babyboom who wants action !

I don't push everyone to vote for you, i see in the future, several frenchs (and i put you on the list) who are making trouble in ebelgium for the fun.
We already have French infiltrated then why not a president now?

La communauté de ce forum est effectivement incapable de beaucoup de choses et ne pas apprendre de ses erreurs est bien un de ses majeurs défauts. Cela dit, la même chose peut être dit de votre côté. Il n'y en a pas qui ont 100% raison dans cette histoire après tout.

Cette enorme blague ne peut prendre fin que d'une mauvaise façon, que ce soit pour toi ou pour d'autres. Seulement, faut pas prendre les gens pour des cons car ça te jouera toujours des mauvais tours.

Tu utilises la haine, certains de tes adversaires la peur, aucun des deux ne peut gagner. Ce ne sont que les outils de ceux qui veulent du pouvoir pour le pouvoir et non les outils de ceux qui veulent l'opportunité de changer les choses ou ceux qui ont une vision qui veulent mettre en place.

*Edit* En me poussant dans un camp et en créant ou maintenant la rhetorique de "nous" et les "autres", un sentiment primaire de conflit négatif est créé, et même si tu es loin d'être le seul coupable dans ce cas, prétendre de vouloir "unir" devrait forcer à ne pas utiliser cette forme de polarisation.

If Coryn started using French it's most likely to be able to get a point across better then he could do it in English. I believe it's kinda rude to force others to speak a different language when they're having a conversation where they believe it's crucial to get every nuance in. Je me permets de te répondre dans ta langue puisque j'y suis plus à l'aise, le fait qu'elle vienne d'un babyboom créée par la france, n'aide pas. Elle risque d'etre abusée très facilement par son manque d'expérience et très vite, nous allons en faire les frais.

Les screens que j'ai fait relate la vérité. Tu ne peux pas les ignorer. Maintenant un progrès fulgurant n'est pas bon pour etre déja sur la liste des présidentiels.

Cela fait des années que je suis sur ce jeu, des jeunes arrivant (sans prouver) mais en comettant bcp d'erreurs, n'auront pas les épaules assez solides pour être président. Je n'ai rien a prouvé à personne.
On me croit ou pas, je ne cherche pas à la démolir. D'ailleurs je le fais ici sur son topic.

On the rest, I rather agree, Coryn isn't ready to be CP and from the enthusiastic player I saw at the start, I see a bitter player today who has made huge mistakes that only reflect the hunger for power and not the slightest interest to serve others. Having served as minister nearly 10 times and as CP 3 times myself, the first time being CP no older then Coryn in game, I can clearly see the dangers for the nation if he were to take that function today.

However, to me, now outside of eBelgium, it's clear that noone can deny that this forum community as a whole is partly responsible for the turn to radical proposals by the babyboom party, you've allowed them to take power as a group before they were ready for it. I don't mean you in particular Elynea and even I am probably to blame. I actually even believe that Coryn could be turned back to the more positive stance of the early beginnings if some would just take the time to listen and would discuss using rational arguments rather then just being met by the fear of losing control.

Indeed, there is potential here, if it can be developed; however, since I have returned to eBe, I have seen little but bitterness, accusations and a total lack of democracy from Coryn and friends unless Babyboom and HOPE are considered the only legitimate voters - witness the multiple illegal admissions of citizens, the undebated votes for tax changes, and not one but two unauthorized natural enemy proposals against eFrance. No, I don't hold Coryn directly responsible for these things. He is no more able to control all actions of his party than I am of mine, not all of which I approve of. However, that it is these people who are Coryn's base of support does give me pause. I also see, as do at least two other former CPs, Nohjis and Elynea, a lack of sufficient or appropriate experience to take on the leadership of this country for the next month. Remember, we were all eBabies once ourselves. Nohjis is less than 2 years old in game and has been CP 3 times. I was CP within a year of my eBirth. Elynea was also relatively new to the game when she served, and she has been a champion of eBabies in eBe as long as she has been active. Nohjis and I both gave people of all parties and levels of experience a chance to participate in our governments, and many of them went on to do other things. We are not your enemies, but we are more the friends of the interest of eBelgium than of your wish to grab power for yourselves as soon as possible. Be patient, work with the system, and you will get your chance.

I must say, I also got good chances during my beginning, I remember my first job in the government where I asked for a job as vice-MoFA suddenly due to a lack of a MoFA, Nohjis gave me the opportunity to experience the position of the MoFA while I was still a eBaby. I've never forgot this chance I got, that started my whole career Smile

Okay, due to the recent happenings I seems normal to do but guys and girls I fear that with all those critics and co (which are normal for a CP and CP-candidate) that we are pushing SwaqqCoryn against a wall with no way out. So I ask everyone to take a deep breath and sit down and see what will happen. That may be too much at the same time.
