I have received MCKitKat's message so I need to get Citizen's Mask to have access to the Voting and Debate Area.

I have been looking to that myself(wondering if it was still valid), and i found nothing that nullifies or dismisses the current list described above.

If they want to change that they can place it in the public debate area. Even without any mask they should still have access to that area.

Actually, access to the Congress debate area is limited to those with citizen masks or one of the honorary masks. This was by decision of Congress, started by A Vegan, several years ago. It used to be that Friends of Belgium, which were chosen by admins, were allowed there, but Congress agreed with A Vegan's proposal that it be made more exclusive.

And I tought that this had already been voted ...

I stand correct.
Those on the list mentioned earlier will have to plead their cases in another area. sorry
