Well some sort off guide on how to get my economy going as a newbie whitout making mistakes would be handy, do you guys have any tips regarding that issue?

The best money earner (by far) in eRepublik is the medals. I'd advice you to upgrade your training center . To make a bit of money with a company, you would need at least a Q5, but that would cost you hundreds of gold.

Companies for profit are really not worth in the investment. Unless you really want to become a visa player and buy gold I would suggest not to buy companies for profit just some (Q2) food companies for your own needs. Just invest your gold in training center that is the best way for profit, much better then companies. Some medals like Mercenaries and Freedom Fighter are also pretty decent way to earn some gold
