Press delete/overhaul!
Hi all,
I noticed a lot off old articles that have no longer any use on the forum.
I would propose to graduatly when admins have a bit spare time start deleting those, so it gives our forum a better look off what is actually stil fresh.
Meaning keeping the laws and the most general stuff/pinned sections and the latest active threads.
But getting rid off the rest.
I see no purpose for a bunch off old/closed topics to stil have a place here.

Re: Press delete/overhaul!
use the "Mark all forums read / Alle fora als gelezen markeren"
for the rest for you it is all old, but one day you will be glad to point to some of those topics to proof something, you will see that such things happens more than you imagine, same for screens of PM's and IRC, welcome to eBelgium

I did not talked about ePolitics only, this forum is not only a history book, it is also our "culture, habits and whatever you can imagine or not" reference sooner or later you will have to find the proof that our eternal leader does not always had pink undies, you will find that it all started with a red tee-shirt and a washing machine that became crazy, is not that culture? if it was not wel then it is from now on

This is an utter lie, and had nothing to do with that. It's just that when I saw Shadow play with his pink ball I became jealous :p.

jofroi, you just gave me proof that it is not good to delete something on the forum.
imagine what every new player thinks about "I saw Shadow play with his pink ball" if there was not that old topic about the eRep meeting, the less hazardous thought would be that shadow has a handicap, the worst.....

Re: Press delete/overhaul!
The law book is currently up-to-date(this includes notes related to different laws and/or regulations).
Any old thing that is no longer used or has been voted down is placed in the Law archive.
And when it comes to other sections and sub-forums, Any specifics you can point to?
I ask because it's a lot of topic to go trough.

I ask because it's a lot of topic to go trough.
For exemple:
- Citizen pack section, its none existent currently so it could be deleted and be part off our 'law history" refering to a period where we had it. 1 small text could replace a whole section.
- War packs: same ==> the program ended
- Irc Civilian raid: last post is from 2012 and now more and more communication for mu's is by either feed or chat ingame
- eBelgian lottery (see point 1 & 2 )
- Most stuff in the general section is either pointless (goddbye threads for exemple) or outdated from a period where the game worked differently
- Same goes for the economic and political section but this is harder since there are threads in there whit a certain "culture" function
- Closed threads in the fun section or utterly outdated things, they have no added value to our existing and "hot" topics in the fun section, some even have a last post dating from 2012.
That's what i ment, so hold your horses about deleting everything old, thats certainly not what i ment but a whole bunch could be deleted

Re: Press delete/overhaul!
problem is, if you delete it all, the forums becomes old with no posts, like there never was any activity.
And least now people can see where things went bad.
