energy recovery industry, so if they bring it back people will have more energy...
This has many positive effect for both economy and players, however this will probably lead to a higher overall energy and more fights potentially, so maybe they'll do adjustments then towards weekly rewards, its not all gonne be positive... its plato afterall :p.

Nothing new, they had houses back in v1 when you only had 50 health recovery every day at daychange nothing more.

Houses had different effects accross time.
When they disappeared in the post V2 period, their last effect was to give you 50 wellness more/day (for Q5) for 50 days.

That was all they shared, so it is hard to answer any one of your questions. All off us will have to wait 1 more day(until tuesday i think...just a guess)On an individual level, Houses will basically act as a temporary Energy Center. On a global scale this industry will increase the need for active workers and introduce new resources

Different sort of houses? I believe that there were 3 different sorts of houses as far as I can remember, not sure tough ^^.
(Beta?) V1 : Houses provides up to 50 wellness/day for free.
V2 : Same than V1 but houses decay.
Post V2 : Houses acted as an energy center increasing the maximum wellness limit for 50 wellness and for 50 days/house with a maximum of 365 days. Other houses were sold.

The new Houses will act both as Energy Centers and Energy Recovery boosters. As a first step to reviving the Housing industry we will release Q1-Q3 House Factories and Raw Material Companies. The specifications for the Houses are as follows:

Important things to keep in mind:
1) The new industry will not allow you to work as manager. The only way to build Houses will be by using work tickets generated by your employees. The same applies to the raw material companies for the new industry.
2) When downgrading a House company a user will receive 30% of the invested Gold. Raw Material Companies are not affected by this change.
3) A House will have to be activated in order for a player to receive its benefits. Only one house can be active at a time, and any house that has been activated cannot be sold on the marketplace.
4) Houses can be deactivated and re-activated any time you wish to do so. When deactivating a House its durability will be consumed in 1 hour increments. Example: deactivating a House after using it for 3 hours and 40 minutes results in consuming 4 hours of its durability. Deactivating it after 4 hours and 5 minutes results in consuming 5 hours.
4) Houses cannot be donated. As you know, all high value items increase the risk of scams, so at least for the first few months we will keep the option of donating houses deactivated.
5) If a player has two or more companies of the same quality, all companies will contribute to building a common House (thus building it faster, since more assigned employees can be used per day). This only works for companies and products of the same quality - therefore, a Q1 and Q3 company will contribute towards different products.
Raw Materials and Raw Materials Company Names

The raw material companies will have the same base production as the ones for Weapons and Food.
The resources that increase the productivity of the Housing Industry are Sand, Clay, Wood, Limestone and Granite. Below you can find a full list of where they are located. - do massive amounts of damage, check the damage lists before you think you lot amount to anything.
- pay for massive CO's to support your war, if you have that amount of cash floating around, you'd definitely not be complaining about the elites.
But go ahead, attack the southern netherlands, or chile(french regions), start a law proposal, you only need to persuade a few more CMs of the profit and you'll have the 66% needed

Downgrading a house company means you have to build one first, if you downgrade it afterwards, you'll only get 30% of the investment back

will they let the current advanced buildings be used up and not introduced anymore? dropping everyone without houses back to the standard health bar?
and if they introduce higher recovery with the higher houses, will they also not reward increased recovery anymore? thus sticking to the standard 10/6 min for anyone without a house?
