anybody knows why NK is being wiped from the map by Serbia atm? Even if it's one of the most failed countries in the world, it is still PHOENIX their TW partner, so I'm slightly confused ... :S

It obviously has to do with Liaoning. Maybe they'll try something similar to Rhone Alps the first time it was conquered (fail to resistance war it led to Spain being able to attack.)

I think maybe it's an outpost like Sindh. I have no evidence for it though.

if they want a safe outpost, they should go for hwangae: bordered by nothing but NK original territories. And they already had Pyongan as back up base (for in case Liaoning got lost)
But eliminating NK from the map doesn't make sense to me at all
