Houses + overtime
I decided to put both subjects in the same part because the additional work depends on houses.
You have the possibility to buy different qualities of houses. You can compare prizes in different countries.
Houses :
Q1: 7 days, +50 energy bonus, 0 recoverable energy bonus
Q2: 7 days, +80 energy bonus, 0 recoverable energy bonus
Q3: 7 days, +100 energy bonus, 0 recoverable energy bonus
Q4: 7 days, +150 energy bonus, 0 recoverable energy bonus
Q5: 7 days, +200 energy bonus, 0 recoverable energy bonus
Q6: coming soon
Q7: coming soon
Once a House is in a citizen's inventory it needs to be activated before the citizen gets the benefits from the House.
A House that has been activated can not be sold on the marketplace.
A House can be deactivated and re-activated at any time.
Keep in mind that when deactivating a House its durability will be consumed in 1 hour increments.
- For example, deactivating a House after using it for 1 hour and 3 minutes will consume 2 hours of its durability.
What's the goal of a house ?
House increases citizen's recoverable energy. If you desactivate the house, you recover your former stats.
You can buy few houses, but it's expensive.
Overtime:
On day 2,492, the Overtime has been implemented into the game.
Working overtime is a feature that allows citizens to work as an employees multiple times a day.
In the part of companies you can find that :
✦ The employer will pay the same salary as for the normal work.
✦ The employer gets one “work ticket” for each overtime work, similar to the regular work
✦ The employer can, however, set a limit for the maximum salary paid per day per employee
How to gather overtime points
First, you will need to have an active House.
Each house gives 1 Overtime Point every hour it is active.
✦ If a citizen has 2 active Houses, he will get 2 Overtime Points per hour and with 3 Houses 3 Overtime Points per hour, and so on.
✦ Overtime Points are shown in citizen Storage and on the Company page.
Citizens can collect as many Overtime Points as they want.
With 24 Overtime Points you can Work Overtime, the overtime button will be green.
Night shift work
After employee works Overtime, there’s a “cooldown” of 1 hour during which employee can only do “Nightshift Works”
Notes:
If employee chooses to spend 24 more Overtime Points before the cooldown of 1 hour has passed, each work will consume 100 Energy (instead of the normal 10).
Working during the Nightshift will reset the cooldown timer back to 1 hour.

Re: Houses + overtime
Very informative.
Just wondering: can you activate more that one house at a time? (That's what I understand from your article.)
Will you then receive only the overtime tickets, or also the cumulative energy? (So 3 active Q5 houses = +600 energy?)

Re: Houses + overtime
we can active several houses in the same time but not the same quality
It's different with the tower of energy (special items from pack promotion).
If you buy two packs with tower of energy (you will not have 2x 150=300 energy, but 150 energy for 2 months).
