Well just do what others have done - invite a bunch of other countries to join in (which will be even easier to do now that all MPPs are activated even on the attacking side) and collect dues to cover some of the costs.

Like I said befoe just send our boys on deployment and let some of them work in state companies to supply them

Yes, but Belgium will have to pay for everything
So Belgium wont have any advantage in having MPPs with Phoenix countries

Better would be that Belgium sends its troops to different parts in the world
For example, New Zeeland gets attacked, Belgium gets there
Or when a Phoenix country is attacked Belgium helps them, next time Belgium helps Eden, so they can fight but remain some kind of neutral

I think it would be better to stick with one alliance because if we get invaded neither would even consider helping us regain our territories.

If Belgium joined Phoenix, then I would be insulted and people would hate me from changing from EDEN to Phoenix. So Belgium should stay Neutral or join EDEN
