You are correct, Jorne. This message is old. It is no longer necessary to move to Brussels to be near the hospital; however, if you wish to do so, I can provide you with a moving ticket in game and advice about how to use it if you need that. Revising the new citizen message and its translations is something that can be discussed in Congress. This can also be initiated by the Country President, whose name is Theneka. I will send you a friend request in game, and you can also ask any questions you like by private message there.

I tried already a few times to change the message, but bugrep doesn't allow me to propose it. Atm I've noticed I can't even do a DoW :'(

What about setting up a general gmail account for eBelgium? That way google docs could be used in all kind of forms (welcome message, financial reporting, etc.)

Sounds like a good idea ... of course administration of this will be outside eRep ... not that this is necessarily a disadvantage

The French model is really nice. I like it !

Just wanted to know if someone is working on a new and updated "Welcome message" for our new citizens. If it's still not working because of bugrep, well... let's submit a ticket to admins as soon as possible.
