I think some ppl here (including myself) are severely underpaid. Hence why I propose we post our wages and our skills so we can compare

yet when I look at my production, I see that In produce 3,25 Q2 weapons, which are sold for nearly 20 BEF/piece. That 47 BEF profit they make off me.


is my calculation wrong or am I grossly underpaid?

To calculate right you have to take two things
(Wage/number produced units) + (Raw Material unit*number of times needed) = price without tax

In your case Shadow that would mean:
(13/3.25) + (0.1*120) = 4 + 12 = 16 BEF

19.41BEF - 16BEF = 3.41BEF/unit

So the company owner makes 3.41BEF profit per gun

25 BEF I think. So nice to not be working in a commune anymore. Although I kinda miss the several gold of stuff I could get each day.

Most of you are GROSSLY underpaid. I pay according to production at 90 health while only taking a small profit for myself, which I then roll back into buying more companies or expanding existing ones.

Here is what I pay the various levels:
Guru* about 25
Guru about 22
Master about 20
Specialist about 18

I also have had the lowest prices on iron since I opened the company, usually 10-20% under the nearest competitor.

At these wages I currently have 12 openings between my two companies. Are we undergoing a labor shortage or something?

Thore, you can afford those salaries.

Unfortunately for other company owners that don't activate in the iron industry (such as myself) it's impossible to pay that amount.

The shortage is of active citizens, I feel..

But you also know that there is some chances that you're working for somebody who is a cheater and make multies... :-/ (i'm thinking about 3 owners for now)

How is that possible? Minimum wage is 5 BEF.

It was set before the new min wage was voted...
(that explain too why there is still low wages offer on the job market)

My offers were automatically changed to the new minimum when the vote passed.
