Actually, the prime minister is somewhat like a government advisor, so the President could concentrate more on military and foreign affairs.

But I notice that your country is having a Minister of Immigration which is an italian immigrant (or most probably french), a Minister of Education called Rambo (hahaha), and a Minister of Information that doesn't even fill its "About me" part.
