[Public politics]End of a career.
Hello everyone. You all know that I will not run for the PP of Res Belgica.
I also anounce today that after my succesor take over I will leave the Res Belgica party.
When my congress term will be over I will also end my political live. I am also thinking of quitting the game altogether.
My reason are simples I don't find the game fun anymore.
I wish good luck to everyones.

But I do can't help feeling that you are leaving coz of recent events in congress. No offence, but if that where the case, I'd consider that p lame.

No in fact I decided to quit politic long ago, without the PTO threat I wouldn't even be in congress today.

So not to step in on a domestic party but I happened to notice that Xgentis stood for the PP again and was re-elected. Any particular reason?

Re: [Public politics]End of a career.
Sorry to hear about the PTO. I hope that non-PTO parties remain active and fight to keep those PTO's out.
In regards to being PTO, we in eNZ are basically run by a Serbian/Slovenian majority party (Aotearoa) so I know how it feels to organize and prevent this.
Good luck with everything and if you need any help in the future, don't hesitate to contact us in eNZ, we are always looking to help small nations like ourselves.

If I can offer anything to eBelgium it would be my honour. Don't hesitate to message me for support or to ask a simple question. I look forward to working with everyone in this great nation.

That is great news for everyone in eBelgium , I didn't realize how bad the mutli accounts are in this nation. I'm amazed the "Admins" don't watch eBelgium alot closer (still good to see them act).

Re: [Public politics]End of a career.
So how many parties are back in the hands of actual eBelgium citizens and not in the hands of multi's?

We dont know, it seems for now that some parties simply have been removed by the admins?
Or not?

Re: [Public politics]End of a career.
Strange indeed. Coincidence that the BCP (a week ago the biggest party) and the smallest party are inaccessable?

I think the reason is more likely that they took the parties who have had a banned multi as leader.

Re: [Public politics]End of a career.
This is great news but everyone must remain cautious because there is no telling who is waiting in the wings to try and PTO these parties again. For eBelgium to remain politically stable, you need to ensure these parties remain strong.
Still, this is great news for eBelgium!

Re: [Public politics]End of a career.
We do indeed have to continue to be very careful. Some of the clear multis have not yet been banned, and Belgium was one of 8 countries in which a 40-character multi was created this week (4 here), along with the Republic of Macedonia (the original), Belarus, Argentina, Slovakia, Austria, Australia, and Greece.
On a brighter note, I am grateful to Xgentis for again stepping in and running for Congress in Wallonia.

Re: [Public politics]End of a career.
Good to see that you guys saw off that multi-threat and it will only help you guys to build for the future.
I didn't get a chance to see how the recent Congressional election went? Did you guys have any multi- threats or did you manage to avoid that.

Re: [Public politics]End of a career.
oddly enough, the multi threat was basicly non existing: only one multi appeared. We managed to get that one voted out, so the rest of the elections was just fair game.
It was an odd election, rlly :p

Re: [Public politics]End of a career.
It was very anticlimactic and my movie that was made to take advantage of the situation (titled: "Belgium vs the World") flopped at the box-office because of it.
