Ireland vs eUK

After the assault on eUK, Norway swapped NI (Norther Ireland) with Ireland. Ireland has been wanting this region ever since beta and many Irish strongly feel that they want this region IRL too


eUK feel that the region is their since it's their region by ingame mechanics.

Ireland, supported by many individual citizens from both Phoenix and EDEN countries (since no country has officially given support to Ireland, but several US, Russian, Indonesian, Swedish,... citizens fight on their own expense for NI) seems to have been able to stop the first RW by eUK on this region (http://www.erepublik.com/en/battles/show/9295) with a nice 300k wall.

eUK will probably launch more RW's after this on NI.

not really, so far only Serbia has officially fought for eUK and no country has officially taken up arms for Ireland. Most ppl fighting are individual citizens and not official armies.

i wouldnt come between this fight,
because if euk doesnt get that part back then the peace between euk and eden is not valid because one of the reasons was that they would get all regions back.
not that this matters for eden because allmost all regions are given back.

A good example on how real life affects erepublik.
Erepublik = not the new world, it's merely a bad copy of it.
