[GD]Smornge & Rizal Foundation HELP Request Form

From now on, all Smornge & Rizal programs such as the Free Bread Campaign giving out 2-5 Q2-Q3 bread to new players, gifting programs, moving ticket programs, and etc will have certain requirements!

* Citizen must have a eBelgian citizenship and is residing within eBelgian borders.
* Citizen must be higher than level 2 and at or lower than level 15!
* Citizen must be registered in the national forum!
* Citizen must REQUEST for help in this thread or message me in-game (I will check the requirements above however)!

HOW TO REQUEST FOR HELP?
(Although I will still accept in-game messages for requests, it is better to do it here!)
