Starting a company? Empty Starting a company?

Post by Songbird AB 2011-04-05, 13:40

Hi,

A noob question for people....

I have now got enough gold and reached the right level to buy a company. But should I? I read somewhere there was a lot of overproduction so I don't wanna be adding to it or anything.
So should I just hold on to my money until i can convert it to befs?

And if i do buy a comp what should it be? Is there anything belgium needs at the mo?

And 1 last q... why can't i build a fruit or fish comp? We got iron so i understand that. And there are stone and oil and house comps out there too right? Have I just not got to the right level yet?

Confused!

Thanx! x

The only worthy imo as Q1 is only raw (so iron or grain). Maybe also food. But don't expect much profit in gold.

Fruit and fish are just boost, but there is only food Wink. Houses and stone companies will be removed from the market in some time so u can't make any Wink.

It's always interesting to open a company. You can start with a grain company. Sell the grain and in time open a food company. In this way you can start to produce your own food. As a manager you can work in the companies you own at the cost of only 10 health. So like this you can supply yourself with food to fight for eBelgium Wink

It is always interested to create a company. Thanks to that. You can improve your skill more quickly and also be made a little more money than before.

Personally, I recommend you an iron company. Because the grain is not very profitable when you have employees. (Not according to my experience , but according other players)

After all, it depends on several things:
- if you want to have some profit directly, it is the iron
- if you have the possibility in a near future, to buy another company. I recommend you a company of Grain and then one of Food.

That also depends of your employes:
We are in war period and the workers often work with a very low wellness. And if you have workers, you need to pay them with Bef then you need more Gold then the price of a company to start.

------------------------------
But one thing is sure: Buy a company
There are a lot of advantage:
-Faster improvement of your skill, then You will gain more quickly a better salary
-More BEF, every day
-Maybe one total autonomy, if you manage to have a company of Grain, food, iron, weapons and maybe stone and house Wink.

I suggest you wait with hiring employees because you need to be able to pay there wages. At the moment in eBelgium it's hard to get workers in your company. You can always give it a try though but make sure you have enough BEF in stock to pay wages for a couple of days.

The best is to buy a Q1 grain and a Q1 food company. So you can make ur own food for free Wink.
