Food for New Citizens - request topic

The Ministry of Home Affairs is planning to restart the Helping Hands program to help newer users to get their health up. Helping Hands is a program where the government will give food to newer citizens. There are a lot of new players who have low health due to too much fighting, not eating daily or what ever reason they have for having a low health. Having high health is important when you are working because high health means more production and if you have low health your employee might fire you. New users who are low health below 90 health will be able to request food to get their health.

You must meet the following requirements
- Have low health
- Have eBelgium citizenship
- Be below level 20.

Citizens, and company owners are also able to post new citizens who they want food donated too.

Can I have some food? I'm at 20 health.

i will donate 10 q2 foods to you now someone else will have to give you the rest as it is all i have in my inventry at the moment

Do not overfight.

Be carefull with only food because everybody wants more food to get a good start and go hard up with experience level.
Better is to help them with a mentor and give everybody the same quantity, when they then make up to many food it is there one problem because they had a change and are warned by there mentor.

yes i like the mentor idea but i think the new players need to request a mentor
