First off, Admins decided who become (global) moderators not administrators.
Second, how am I making it worse for myself? I just think that there are a lot of people who did a lot for Belgium and contributed a lot to the community and to the forum who would deserve it more to be a (global) moderator.

Mikhail has been a mod for a very long time now. And as long as there's no reason to demote him, I see no issues here.

What people don't seem to get is that we don't just go around making people mods. People need to apply to it, and since no one cares enough to, we have no reason to not accept people like Mikhail who do.

Also, he's been a mod for a while and he has not done anything that would give us any reason to remove him. Untill he goes completly inactive, resigns or gets banned, he will remain a mod.

None of us objected, he has his ups and downs but if he learns everything he needs to and keeps positive, I have no reason not to accept this man.
