The Cabinet Rules and Regulations Act

I. Purpose
To serve the Country President and the nation of eBelgium by directing state Ministries and other administrative/advisory roles.

II. Cabinet Members
A. Definition
1. Cabinet Members refers to all people (Ministers/Secretaries/Advisers, etc.) who are appointed by the Country President (or his/her representative) to serve in an administrative/advisory position.
B. Eligibility
1. Cabinet Members must have eBelgian citizenship in-game or a citizen mask on the forum.
C. Selection
1. Eligible Cabinet Members will be appointed at the sole discretion of the Country President or his/her's representative.
D. Duties
1. Cabinet Members will fulfill their designated role under direction of the Country President.
E. Abilities and Limitations
1. Cabinet Members are able to assemble working teams and "Undersecretaries" to assist in their duties, with the approval of the Country President.
2.Cabinet Members are able to request funding for their Ministries (if applicable).
3.Cabinet Members will have access to private government forums.
4. Cabinet Members will have access to the necessary passwords to fulfill their duties.
F. Removal
1. The Country President can remove Cabinet Members at their sole discretion.
2. Cabinet Members can resign their position freely.
3. Cabinet Members will be relieved of their duties should they receive a permanent ban in-game.
4. Cabinet Member will be relieved of their duties should they no longer fulfil all legal requirements

III. Recognition of Expectations
By accepting to serve in a Cabinet level position, Cabinet Members agree to fulfill their duties to the best of their abilities in a moral and ethical manner.

A simple majority is needed to amend or repeal this law
