Language bug

I still have the language bug, where part of the eRepublik pages are in different languages.
So far it has been English, Russian, and Spanish.
Admin has yet to respond to ticket, will getting rid of cookies, etc fix this?

the bug does not go away with refreshing pages, deleting topics ...
