I need informations

Since several months we made the BTA : Now there are several players who are + 1k str.



The message for the next president : i can continue one month the BTA, but i need explanation about the futur of these persons. They are active and maybe they want join the army of the country.

Have you an idea about that. We were talking about that, but i don't see a solution ...

- Have you a g.doc for them for requests for the army ? Have you some places ?

I nees some informations, because i want to give them links.

All propositions will be good. In the army of ebelgium or another one.

I would like ask if a person wants to help me in the military, to take the job on the futur, a transition in fact.

- to be active
- to be honest
- for informations, we have on forum or wikipedia (it's not really the problem) to answer the new players.

The BAF simply needs to recruit again, on the agreed criteria: 750-1250 strength. No?

If I remember well, the proposal was to make them quit voluntarily when reaching 750 strength, and force them to quit when reaching 1250 strength. A position in the BAF should then be almost automatical, since they're proven active and loyal soldiers.

i agree if they are over 1250 then the MoD should message them saying that they are being moved to the army and then they will be put into a military unit. however i think it should be mentioned inside the BTA that if they would like to leave at 750 strenght they can

I agree people should easily mvoe from BTA to BAF so there is space in BTA for new players

we need an admin to make a thread in the army section for BTA members to right in to apply

If I'm elected as CP, then people above 1.25k strenght can go to BAF!

Well it's already one idea, i think 1k250 it's not for tomorrow then.

imo at 750 strenght you should already know the game well enough. All those should move to BAF.

You can't just move +750 strength to BAF. Unless they make a platoon for lower strength soldiers who not only need food more then weapons.

I don't get what you mean.

with the new health rules, everyone has the same health. A lower Q level from your towncentre, yes, but the health that you can consume per day is the same for everyone (2400)

Food is cheaper to rank up. Weapons is better for higher damage during a battle. As the senior here, you should know that. Both MU's have a different philosophy, need more explanation?

Sorry for saying that, but I can't do more than now. Managing the BTA is one of the most demanding and important jobs for new player retention. I don't see myself fit to take this on at this moment. Again, sorry: I rather do no job than a bad job.
