It was the best lion that I could find that was remotely Belgian. It is not meant to represent Flanders although it does in other circumstances. This Military unit is for all to join and we don't talk about world issues if we can avoid it.

At least he hasn't chosen this one, unlike some Belgian Prime Minister who made a so tiny mistake between Belgian anthem and its close neighbour's one.

I was trying to point out that a lion could be considered Belgian too, although the yellow background kinda makes it Flemish. But that's truly the only difference between the MU in the game and the centre of the Belgian coat of arms. The lion: exactly the same?
